Rick Cross has been promoted to Vice President, an executive management role for the Central Operation focused on shaping the company’s future. Rick brings years of frontline experience, deep customer relationships, and a passion for operational excellence. He has been a steady teammate and a visionary force, always leading with integrity and a deep commitment to our people and vision. In his new role, he will lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams with full business responsibility. This promotion is a reflection of the trust and respect he’s earned across the board.

Mitchell Turner will be stepping into the role of General Manager, where he will oversee the drilling and blasting for the Central Operation. Mith will be leading production, safety, and team development across the organization. Mitch’s drive and steady leadership have made a lasting impact on our team and our customers alike. We’re excited to see him bring that same passion to his new role.
